Do you get to decide what shape you want your eyebrows to be, or do they just shape it according to what will suit your face best? What if I go for it and end up not liking the end result? I've never gone for one of these things before, so I would like to find out more about it first.

rinnah : Hi Abby, most times the consultant will shape your brows according to what will suit your face best, following the Shu Uemura look of natural looking brows. If you know what type of brow shape you prefer, you can make your preference known at the start - like for me, I'll normally ask them to make my brows a bit finer and less thick so as to balance out the tail-end of my brow. Hope this helps! :)

rinnah! i love the service at Sunway and I have never ever look back since! I only go to Sunway as I trust her most, never fail me since day 1 :P

btw, RM20 is for brows which has already been maintained well and usually those very bushy type/ never been trimmed, RM35 :)

rinnah : I don't go to Sunway very often but good to know that there's a reliable consultant there. Hmm, I was under the impression that its a flat rate, because I brought my friend to the standalone counter in Pavilion - and her brows are the type that's never been trimmed before i.e. a lot of work to be done - and we were still charged MYR 20. :)
