I totally agree on the compliments above. I would like to add that kayc's correspondence r a great read. She takes the effort to nicely wrap & secure my parcels & recently showering buyers with xmas promo free gifts (cute earings/hairpins..etc) thus making my after-buying experiance a positive glow. I hope many more blogshops will follow suit and learn fr a true Penang-based blogshop spearheading Malaysia as an online shopping heaven.
